• Preview and select images from your shoot

Do not share gallery access or image files with third parties without written permission. Gallery access is time-limited and may be removed once the project is complete or after a specified period (typically 30 days).

2. Image Licensing and Usage

All images remain the copyright of Peter Grogan t/a CREADAN Elevate Limited, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Licence to Use: No usage rights are granted until the related invoice is paid in full. Until then, all images are provided strictly for preview and internal review only.

• Permitted Use: Once paid in full, a usage licence is granted based on the scope agreed in your project contract, proposal, or invoice (e.g. commercial, editorial, internal, promotional).

• Restrictions: Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of images beyond the agreed scope is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees or legal action.
  

3. File Access and Delivery

• Final images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format unless otherwise agreed.

• RAW files are not supplied unless this has been contractually included.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files within the gallery access window.
  

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice.

• No licence is granted until full payment is received and cleared.

• Delays in payment may result in delayed access to downloads or final image delivery.
  

5. Confidentiality and Portfolio Use

• Your images will not be shared publicly by CREADAN Elevate Limited without your written permission.

• If selected images are intended to be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, or social media, this will be discussed with you in advance.
  

6. Liability and Platform Use

• The gallery is hosted via a third-party platform. While every effort is made to ensure reliable access and secure storage, CREADAN Elevate Limited accepts no liability for service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised sharing by others.
